Shipping Protection
Our goal is to ensure that you receive your package from us, but we know that unforeseen incidents do occur. This is why we now offer Shipping Protection!
Shipping protection helps us protect you from uncontrollable factors during the shipping process such as lost, stolen or undelivered packages.
Shipping Protection is not mandatory and you may opt out (video instructions are provided below).
Claims for all lost, stolen or undelivered packages must be reported to us via email at Support@Comfort-Concealment.com within 15 business days from when the tracking states “Delivered” or from the last time the tracking link updated. Original shipping charges are ineligible for a refund.
For order totals under $75, please choose the $1.50 option.
For order totals $75 or more, please choose the $3.00 option.
Things to Remember:
- All claims must be made within 15 business days of the tracking stated "Delivered."
- If you opt out of Shipping Protection, Comfort Concealment is not be liable to replace your package.
- If your address was entered wrong at checkout, Comfort Concealment is not liable to cover the protection.
- If the delivery carrier's GPS tracer deems the package was delivered correctly - Comfort Concealment is not liable to replace your package.
*Please note; orders that opt out of Shipping Protection do not qualify for compensation for any lost, stolen or undelivered packages.
- Exchanges:
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of delivery. A charge of $5.00 will be applied for exchanges to cover the cost of the return shipping label.*The customer is responsible for measuring correctly and the $5.00 fee will not be waived for the return shipping label. Comfort Concealment will cover the shipping cost of sending the new size to you. Please follow this link to start an exchange.
- Returns or Refunds:
Unworn and undamaged belts will be given a full refund, minus shipping costs if returned within 30 days of delivery. *A charge of $5.00 will be charged for a return shipping label for you to send your return back to us. Please follow this link to start a return.
- Damaged or Defective Merchandise:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We offer a 1-year warranty on workmanship, so if you experience any quality issues (stitching coming out, Velcro coming off, etc.) we will either replace your belt with a new one or issue a refund if you choose.

- Delivery times are ESTIMATED, not guaranteed.
- If a package is not delivered by the expected date, this is the responsibility of the carrier service, NOT Comfort Concealment.
- Several factors may cause a package to be delayed and Service Alerts can be found on ups.com and usps.com.
- UPS and USPS DO NOT OPERATE on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays, including for Expedited Shipping Services.
- Business days include Monday-Friday. If your package is shipped on Friday, the first business day after is the following Monday, if it is not a holiday.
- Please choose your shipping service accordingly!
- All orders are shipped in branded packaging. Discrete packaging is available at no extra charge upon request. Please leave an order note or contact Support@comfort-concealment.com to request discrete packaging.
- Shipping Protection is OPTIONAL. However, if you opt-out of shipping protection, you are not eligible for reimbursement if your package is lost, missing or stolen. Click Here to learn how to opt out of Shipping Protection.
